For the majority of individuals, purchasing a home in Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun, Mussoorie, Nainital, or another stunning location in Uttarakhand is like living a dream. Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Uttarakhand -

After the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act of 2016, the Uttarakhand RERA came into force on May 1, 2017. It serves as a nodal authority for the state's real estate agents who handle the sale and purchase of these properties as well as the list of projects registered under RERA and other developments. RERA Uttarakhand serves as a preventive organization, monitoring and supervising the developers and defending the interests of the purchaser.

All real estate transactions must be transparent, according to the authority. The transparency is not just in terms of financials but also related to the following aspects:

1). A responsible authority examining the approved floor designs, specifications, and construction blueprints

2). Inspecting, if the promoter is following the approved plans and the floor space index.

3). Only the proposed and approved number of buildings are built.

4). On-time phase-wise completion of a project as proposed.
